Develop an integrated plan for the shutdown, excellent understanding of planning and scheduling concepts Working knowledge and experience with : Maximo, Microsoft suite computer applications, Contract Management Provide input to the development of : shutdown organization and staffing plan, Shutdown Execution Plan, training plans, and others as defined by the Shutdown Manager Document and implement a planning standard that defines all assumptions and provides a common bass for all planners. Define field productivity levels to be used as the basis for all planning. Productivity basis should include all predictable non productive time events, such as: safety meetings, work permitting, lunch and breaks and logistical implications (travel to/from jobs, breaks and lunch). Facilitate contractor kickoff meetings and provide the contractor with sufficient data to prepare both the package estimate and activity schedule information Assure planning is adequately interfacing with all required disciplines, such as : other discipline planners, safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental coordinators, equipment inspectors, reliability engineers, maintenance and engineering. Provide oversight into the development of a fully integrated execution schedule, including all resources, activity durations and responsibilities with inter and intra job logic. Assist in the development of shutdown budgets for all maintenance and project activity occurring during the shutdown execution window. Identify specialty equipment/tools/lifting requirements and long lead delivery items requiring early procurement. Ensure schedule software is adequately configured and that coding structures properly uphold WBS requirements.
