Job Description:
- Manage day to day general office administration
- Organizing appointments and meetings
- Administer the office management, correspondence, travel arrangements and scheduling
- To attend to private secretarial duties, personal and confidential matters-
- Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Administration duties as and when required by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the similar job function
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications
- Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/ Cantonese
- Candidates with ICSA qualification are encouraged to apply
