Duty station Sanghar
Requirements.
Qualification At least primary pass preferably middle
Experience 1-2x years of relevant experience Preferably in emergency situation with INGOs.

Job Responsibilities:
1. To Make tea, and presenting it to the guests.
2. To Look after the kitchen matters
3. To deal with general enquiries, ensuring messages are passed to appropriate number of staff.
4. To deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence and keeping and Maintenance of Correspondence record.
5. To maintain appropriate filing system, and carry out daily filling.
6. To assist the administration department in monitoring staff leave, absence and overtime.
7. To act as a Security focal point for the office.
8. To responsible for assets of organization.
9. Assume dispatch duties as necessary.
10. Coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for staff in coordination with Admin and Accounts Officer.
11. Facilitate in maintaining daily routine office supplies and monitor inventory.
12. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
