Job Description:
Under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer, the Quality Services manager is assigned to:
• Support the medical center Performance Improvement Program
• Medical Staff Quality Assurance, and other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a Supervisor or Registered Nurse in an acute care facility for medical/surgical patients for a minimum of 5 years.
Minimum Education – Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in Quality management within the last 3-5 years.
Experience with the following regulatory agencies: JCAHO, CMS, DHS,
Knowledge of Performance Improvement Processes.
LICENSES:
Valid Registered Nurse license for the State of California
Valid Basic Life Support certifications
Valid California Driver’s License.
