Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the surveillance, organization and motivation of all the team members of the NOC.
- Effective implementation of the End to End fault management process company wide.
- Ensure processes are aligned towards achieving committed SLAs and KPIs.
- Establish and Implement Quality Procedures.
- Achieve customer satisfaction within network performance.
- Build and lead NOC team.
- Will be responsible to proper operation of the NOC. The 24/7 hours surveillance of the network is
required.
- To define the NMS system set-up and authority administration for collection of NW surveillance
alarms and dependability statistics data in co-operation with support system engineers.
