Position Summary:
Plan, install and maintain all LAN related hardware and software to provide a stable, secure, and cost effective LAN and electronic communications system.

Essential Accountabilities:
Provide technical support for the Bank’s Windows and/or Linux server infrastructure.
Perform maintenance and enhancements to the Bank’s Windows and/or Linux servers.
Support the Bank’s LAN contingency and disaster recovery planning and testing.
Install and maintain current levels of application software for select business areas. Assist with software testing.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Adhere to the Bank’s attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.

Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Professional license or certificate
4-7 years of related work experience
Knowledge of complex and diversified procedures, practices, and policies
Knowledge of complex procedures and practices of a specific function
Proficiency with complex business machines (computers, etc.)
Knowledge of procedures and services of related areas (such as accounting or purchasing)
Specialized, technical skills
Thorough understanding of a scientific discipline (for example, economics, management, computer science)

Controls:
Subject to physical controls in the computer room such as card entry, cameras and locked cabinets

Additional Information:
Non-standard work hours may be required. When on call, must carry a pager or cell phone. Occasional travel may be needed.

This position requires the following:
• Experience with Linux 2005, Windows 2003 & 2008
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Support Applications (i.e. SQL, MS IIS)
