Pay Rate: 51.00
Duration: 4 months

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field experience
• Experience with multi-site Call Center configurations
• Cisco ICM scripting and configuration experience, including ICM scripting for CVP
• Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) configuration, scripting and administration
• A background in SQL databases desired
• Experience with Cisco data model
• Exposure to one or more of the following reporting tools: Cisco CUIS, Cisco Webview
• Text to Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) experience a plus
• Experience with PSTN circuits and services
• Perform integration with other enterprise applications such as monitoring, reporting and business analytic applications
• Server hardware platforms Microsoft OS Platforms- 2000/2003
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills – History of leading technical design capabilities
• Good Mentoring Skills (technical and process)

Preferred Requirements:
• CVP application development using Cisco Call Studio
• Familiarity with the CVP API
• Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C#, VB.Net, or C++
• Experience with Oracle integration with Cisco
