OBJECT: NARVA Power Plant – 2 x 300 MW FCB boilers – Estonia – Europ.
1) HEAVY STEEL STRUCTURE manufacturing supervisor:
The supervisor is welding ing., with a large experience in heavy steel structure, for power stations or off-shore construction. The construction code is EN 1090 (ex “Eurocodes”).
He have a large autonomy, speek english, and able to participate as representative to any steel-structure manufacturer’s meeting.
He will report to Alstom Power Massy, of the fabrication quality and planning, and will survey also the FOB loading of the vessels at Shanghai wharfs.
The steel structure wheight is approx. 8 000 t, welded type, in carbone steel.
The planning of production is one year long approx (febr 2012 to feb 2013)
The location of the manufacturer is Shanghai (China)

2) GAS, AIR AND FLUE DUCTINGS manufacturing supervisor:
The gas, air and flue ducting supervisor is an experimented supervisor for welded parts, with an experience in ducting construction.
The supervisor will check the manufacturer’s main procedures and qualifications for sheet cutting, welding, straightenning, painting, marking, packing.
He will survey planning, from the raw material arrival to the loading of the vessels.
He will report to Alstom Power Massy in english.
The planning of production is one year long approx. (march 2012 to march 2013)
The location of the manufacturer is in China, near to Shanghai (exact place in China to be confirmed soon)

3) PRESSURE PARTS manufacturer supervisor:
Alstom will produce it’s pressure parts for the boiler in it’s new premise of WUHAN (China).
The supervisor will check the manufacturer’s main procedures and qualifications for forming, welding, post-weld heat treating, non destructif testing, painting and marking, and will survey the packing and FOB delivery of the boilers parts.
The supervisor will be of the uppest degree of qualification about boiler parts welding and fabrication, about the ASME code part I, V, and IX.
The PED (Pressure Equipment Directiv) apply, the supervisor will give all help needed by him to proceed at the certification of the different pressure parts.
A long experience is required, the supervisor have a good experience of ASME 213M P9.1 and T9.1 steel grade.
