Maintenance Supervisor – Tetra Pak Arabia – Jeddah – Saudi Arabia
• Reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for ensuring the continuity of 24/7 operation of production and auxiliary equipment in a manufacturing factory.
• Require to work with a team of 30 skilled technicians in a multi-cultural environment.
• Requires being pro-active to keep the equipment in highest overall efficiencies.
• Together with the Production Manager
• Plans the shut-down activities related to maintenance activities, daily schedules of maintenance activities, communicate with other departments regarding maintenance issues, supports EEM Pillar in execution of major investment projects through coordination of contractors and local and/or overseas technicians.
• Communicates with machine and spare parts suppliers.
• Leads and motivates the department to achieve the company’s and departmental targets and goals.
• Leads by practicing safe practices and world class housekeeping in all aspects of the work place.
• Manages multi-project scheduling, contractor management, budgeting and cost follow-up to meet budgets and timelines.
Profile Diploma in Electrical/Electronic from a recognized institution
Background in cable/harness assembly, hand soldering and wire termination comparable to IPC/WHM-A-620
Aerospace manufacturing experience
Ability to read blue prints
Ability to use hand tools such as pliers, wire stripping & cutting tools, calipers, screwdrivers, scales and/or bench top test equipment to test continuity
Take and follow work direction
Strong English skills
Candidates with harness manufacturing/IFE / Computer Manufacturing / TV manufacturing unit experience are preferred
Knowledge of point to point continuity/wire checking including electrical troubleshooting, inspect and repair same, some mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience will be helpful
