Currently I work as A Team leader, able to provide 2nd level support for most of desktop customers once FE is onsite for the following (PC’s, Laptops, several types of MSG & TKT Printers, Servers, Switches, LAN issues, applications), here are (some) of my responsibilities: •primary point of contact for customers when they face issues with the use of the company’s products and services, and to have the responsibility to ensure that all incidents are fixed, and change requests handled, within the agreed source •Have a key role in influencing customer satisfaction by the way my interacts with the customers, especially when dealing with them on the phone •Organize coverage and activities (tasks) of the service desk staff to ensure that incidents and changes are handled as defined in the company’s standard processes. •Monitor incident resolution and change requests completion as per Service Level Agreement (by the source) and perform necessary follow-up with the various resolver groups as appropriate• •Supervise team agent’s performance and definition of follow up on improvement action plans. •Coach and assist team agents as needed. •Participate in agent training in support to the transition of new services or customers.
