As constitutional lawyer/attorney contested and conducted a number of
cases of very high profile relating to the fundamental rights involving various aspects and areas INCLUDING human resource management aspects of various disciplines, institutions, organizations and departments both for and on behalf of managements and staff/employees having reported perspective of decisions by the Superior Courts in Pakistan over a period of more than 15 years.
Acted as Arbitrator inter-se the Word Food Programme and Afghan Azakhel Transport Company over disputes of billions of rupees and very successfully and to the satisfaction of both the parties settled/RESOLVED the disputes and made the same as rule of the Court in the year 2002.
OVER A PERIOD OF AROUND 10 years imparted practical training and orientation to around 150 trainees-cum-apprentices lawyers/advocates for the intents of their becoming advocates/Lawyers at the District/High Court levels.
PRESENTLY managing and leading a team of around 14 lawyers/ advocates being associates in addition to Secretarial staff support consisted of a Secretary and four clerks in association with my “Al-Farooq Law Associates”.
Attended a number of National & International Workshops/Seminars/Training
Sessions on Administrative/Finance/Personnel Policies, Procedures,
programming, planning, supplies, logistics etc.
