Minimum Requirements: Masters in relevant discipline with 5 years similar experience, Arabic language not mandatory but preferred. Purpose Of The Job: To assist in the Department in the provision of professional advice, and follow up the external litigations, legal issues. To maintain, process, and follow up for Company compliance with the statutory and licence obligations. To review, monitor and safe keeping/Archiving the Official Gazette and report amendments/new laws relevant to the Company/employees in the legal aspect.. To review and prepare confirmatory correspondence related to Bidders submittals, i.e. contracts terms and conditions, bank guarantee, performance bonds and insurance policies.
