THE CANDIDATE:
• 1-2 years working experience in Sales operation. Marketing experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• University Degree in Commercial Science.
• Knowledge of product and local market.
• Understand company strategies / objectives and Customer needs and buying pattern.
• International Retailers knowledge.
• Training / Organizational / Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Financial / Logistic / Marketing skills.
• Combining individualism with team spirit – Leadership qualities.
• Initiative and follow through.
• Clean and professional appearance – Presentable.
• Excellent attitude – enthusiasm, self-motivator – Innovative attitude.
• Reliable, trustworthy – dependable.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills:
Able to self-express – Communicate easily.
Manage an excellent communication with customers and major accounts.
Communication with management.
Report problems (reactive).
• Language requirements for the position: Arabic and English.
• IT proficiency: able to use Microsoft Office Professional Suite – ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Two business references are required. At least one is less than 5 years old. Can only be direct colleague, line manager, client or partner with whom an interaction of at least 6 months has been achieved.
