 Responsible for the CPL/Tool Support/Bug Fix/EDhazmat Data loading/Auto pop Shipment Deliverables

 Responsible for Error free deliveries.

 Responding to customer requests/issues.

 Ensure that the SLA’s are met for all the cases

 Process improvement/development

 Responsible for Tools support as per request.

 Preparation of Work Instructions

 Responsible for data fixes and data enhancements
 Conducting Internal Audits
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
