SIUT, a 450-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital providing comprehensive care to patients with renal and related diseases.
DIPLOMA IN SPECIALIST RENAL NURSING
The SIUT invites applications for a one year (full-time) Diploma Program in socialist Renal Nursing (SRN) approved by the PNC. This one year specialization program will enable registered nurses to increase their knowledge, experience and skills in the field of renal diseases and will allow them to function as a specialist nurse in all health care settings. The training will cover both Urology and Nephrology and further six months training is available for nurses wishing to acquire additional skills in Transplantation.
ELIGIBILITY
• Minimum 4 years professional nursing qualification
• Valid PNC registration
• Two years post-registration clinical experience
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Urology/Nephrology/CCU/ICU
• Nephrology/CCU/ICU
• Name and contact information of two referees (faculty or administrators)
BENEFITS
• Tuition costs will be covered by the SIUT
• Stipend is admissible
Entrance test will be followed by the interviews
FELLOWSHIP IN INFECTIONS DISEASES
Doctors may apply for 02 years post FCPS training in ID.
ELIGIBILITY
• FCPS in Medicine
• Experience of working in infectious diseases department will be an advantage
