Mandatory
• 10+ years experience managing large multi-location development teams
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE projects
• Must have managed projects in Agile
• Work with customers, engineering teams, product managers, and QA teams to develop and track project schedules with teams local and internationally
• Own, drive, report and measure daily, weekly and long term program control dashboards
• Lead, mentor and develop team members in project management and technology career tracks
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Establish processes for team members to ensure project goals are met
