IT Manager – CRM – New York City – Relocation OK
This is a new role in a global CPG firm. Will be responsible for building a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database and will be working very closely with North America Marketing Teams.
The ideal candidate would have a strong background working with Salesforce.com and could come out of an organization such as Amazon. It is an extremely visible role within the organization and as such reports directly into the Executive Director. This is a pilot position in the US (looking to target 10-40 million existing customers in the US alone) and eventually will be rolled out globally. Ideally looking for someone with a either a strong CPG IT Marketing background in a Project Manager role or with a strong CRM role. Looking for an “A” candidate who has strong communication skills and will be able to forge and build strong relationships with the Marketing team.
