Job Description:
We are currently looking for an IT ADMINISTRATOR to join our Head Office in Dubai. The Administrator will be responsible for contributing to the effective use of our IT system by providing technical support to all users. This position involves providing on call support for our IT Service Desk and maintaining the company’s network and existing software applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/MCA, OCP Certified (preferable).
* 3-4 years of industry experience.
* Excellent communication, problem solving, project management and time management skills.
* Experience with diverse network security tools and knowledge of security protocols and practices.
* Windows IIS and Exchange server administration.
* Working knowledge of Windows 2003, 2008 environments, database technologies (Oracle 8i & Oracle 10g), MS Office, Network and routers configuration.
* Solid leadership abilities and a consistent level of energy and enthusiasm
* Microsoft and Citrix Certifications are desired.
