Responsibilities:
+ Assist the recruitment process of new interns
+ Assist in the orientation program for new interns and prepare new hire kits
+ Attend client meetings or interviews and take minutes accordingly
+ Be of assistance in translating articles and edit E-mails to clients
+ Assist in the preparation of presentations to clients if needed
+ Responsible for other jobs assigned by Human Resource Manager
Requirements:
+ University degree or above, Major in Human Resources, Computer Science or Administration preferred
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
+ Good communication skill, good presentation skills preferred
+ Customer oriented and attentive to details
+ English as native language required
+ Minimum duration of internship is 3 months, internship duration of 6 months is preferred
+ Intern will have to bring own laptop to work
