The Role: Develop the strategy for the Internal Audit and Risk Compliance Services and the Accounting Advisory Services in line with overall Advisory strategy. Develop market opportunities, driving penetration of market across private and public sector organizations to grow both business lines. Full responsibility for Risk Compliance across all lines of business.
Main responsabilities: IARCS/AAS, Management, Business Development and Client Management
Main requirements:
- Degree educated from a reputable institution, ideally with a further post graduate qualification in finance
- Qualified accountant ACCA/CA/CPA /CIA
- Proven big four experience and strong experience in similar roles within financial sector/Telecom.
- Strong internal audit & accounting experience
- Well rounded Corporate Governance and Risk & Compliance experince is a must.
- Proven record inn dealing with C level, audit Committee and Boards
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
