A renowned Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi, Pakistan requires Industrial Relations Manager; candidate must be responsible for developing and implementing the overall IR strategy for the Company and working closely with the top management, proactively managing the IR functions, Implementation of labour laws within the organization and dealing the legal matters including Labour court, N.I.R.C & High Court etc of the organization. Introduce IR policies and procedures. Capable and awareness of handling all IR related issues independently.
Eligibility: MBA/MA (IR)/ MPA, (Law degree will be an added qualification) with at least 5 years experience in the Industrial Relations field.
