Reports to : HR & Administration Director
To facilitate human resource development process and create a smooth HRD system for the organization.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage HR system, mechanism for human resource development in the organization
Responsible for maintaining all personnel files, contracts, TORs, contract and MoU files and staff attendance sheets Ensure that all necessary policy documents stand finalized and approved
Ensure that the organizational policy on human resource development meets the legal and policy requirements of the NGO sector and the Pakistani government.
Ensure that all staff always have an accurate and up to date job description and contracts.
Supervise and manage the recruitment process and ensure all new employees receive organizational policy documents/guidelines for appropriate compliance.
Ensure that all new employees are recruited through a competitive and an appropriate induction process.
Ensure application of high standard HR policies and processes in place. These include but are not limited to disciplinary process, assessment and reward processes, redundancy processes, maternity leave etc.
Facilitate in training needs assessment of all staff at various levels.
Ensure that all managers carry out the assessment processes professionally.
Support all managers in dealing with HR issues, eg. Disciplinary issues.
Ensure that all information required by the Finance for the payroll is accurate.
