Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
• Plans develop training programs and create activities and programs.
• Formulate and monitor policies, plans and internal procedures. and defining career paths for employees and all HR functions.
• Monitor the progress of human resources development plans and recommending ways of enhancement and improvement of employee competency.
• Measures effectiveness of conducted training in comparison to human resources development expectations.
Marketing Manager
Develops the Marketing department’s annual business plan and budget in line with the Company’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
• Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the Marketing image and increase sales in coordination with the Company marketing function.
• Sets the Marketing’s goals and objectives and methods and procedures to attain such goals.
• The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the department, which include planning, organization, business development and marketing including the promotion of Company’s name in the targeted markets.
Requirements:
• B.A. in same field or equivalent.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Very articulate and fluent in English.
• Minimum three years experience.
