Change International is currently recruiting an HR Manager for one of its industrial clients.
You will support the HR team in Baden with your human resources systems and processes expertise.
Your tasks:
• Develop, implement, supervise and optimize HR processes, practices, and policies
• Plan and perform various recruiting activities incl. advertisements, interviews, and selection
• Implement an effective HRM system (training and talent development, performance appraisal, onboarding, payroll, etc.)
• Support and advice line and management with HR related issues
• Cooperate with external partners to improve staff recruiting, development, and performance
• Ensure that the local HRM system is being continually and accurately updated
• Propose and validate compensation reviews (salary and bonus) and promotions
• Ensure a constructive dialogue with the local labor union
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 5 years in a similar role as HR generalist (m/f) in a multinational environment
• Knowledge of Swiss Labour laws
• Solid knowledge of and experience with HRM tools, policies and processes
• Good MS Office, Lotus Notes, and ideally PeopleSoft and SAP HR knowledge Fluency in German and English
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
