GENERAL MANAGER REF: 11- ME.GD.IK
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Recruit, manage, and empower a high performance team
• Define marketing strategies, business plan and budget
• Ensure the proper implementation of group policies and procedures
• Develop market share in different reseller segments: VAR, Retailers Traditional dealers, system integrators
• Establish close and reliable customer relationships
• Manage the group’s product portfolio
• Ensure the proper implementation of an efficient after sales service
Profile
• Master in Business Administration (Bac.+5)/or equivalent
• Demonstrated competency in Team Management
• Result-Oriented and Creative
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT products distribution (sales & marketing)
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful IT products wholesale operations
• Fluency in written/spoken Arabic/English requested. French is a plus
• Excellent knowledge and training in sales management techniques
• Working knowledge of current IT technologies
• Excellent knowledge of all IT commodity products
• Holding a dual nationality is a PLUS.
