Celebros (www.celebros.com) is a global leader in the development and selling of advanced site-search, navigation and additional merchandising solutions for online retailers, based on our concept-based search technology. We focus on improving the financial performance of online stores in the form of increased conversion rate and revenues.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Channel Development: Develop and maintain robust distribution channels.
Identify opportunities that deliver immediate business value for our existing and potential partners.
Be involved in the pre-sales and sales efforts of partners, delivering business and technical presentations.
Personal:
Customer and business oriented- able to analyze market information identify profitable opportunities and bring to fruition.
Excellent communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Project management experience with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Tenacity, passion, persistence, and integrity are all strongly desired qualities.
Experience Required
At least 5 years in managing channels.
4-6 Years experience at Director or Manager Level, managing at least 5-7 channels in the German market.
Experience working with clients, direct and indirect sales models.
The individual should have experience in the ecommerce market or alternatively the software market.
Bachelor of Science in business or technical discipline
Collaboration: Work effectively with Client Management, Support, Finance and Marketing.
German – mother tongue MUST.
English – high level.
