General Manager – Atyab Bakery LLC – Muscat – Oman

Responsible for the general management, marketing, sales, profit & loss and sound financial performance for the company, by maximizing sales and revenues and minimizing costs in the different departments of the company.

Directs all company operations of diversified team of professional staff and skilled labor, ensuring they are kept up-to-date regarding business strategies and company goals and expectations.
Directs and coordinates the company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
To deliver strategic business plan to grow the business and maximize profit contribution.
To establishing and realizing performance objectives, for all departments in the company. Monitors progress toward objectives for all company entities, placing an emphasis on results versus activities and the development of sound business acumen
Promote and maintain a positive work environment by providing leadership and motivation to staff.
Supervised and led a cross functional team consisted of Marketing, Sales, Production, purchasing.
Establishes and implements corporate and departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, senior managers, and staff members as necessary.

Profile     Minimum 5 – 10 years experience as General Manager, marketing and sales and part of which preferably from Bakery Manufacturing
GCC experience
Initiative, energetic, leadership, problem solving systematic thinking and analytical skills.
Visionary and strategic thinker able to set new directions, and to deal with complex situations
Leadership skills including strong ability to inspire and motivate diverse group of individuals
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills • Proactive working style & adaptability.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP would be advantage.
Good commutation skill in English, Arabic will be preferable
Experience     5 – 10 years
Education     Basic – Bachelor of Science ( Food Technology ) , PG – MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Marketing )
