GENERAL MANAGER Construction and Maintenance of Roads In Oman ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior professional with relevant experience to take the position of Deputy Director of the Middle East based in Oman.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
In charge of the management of a works office. The goal is to develop road activity in Oman within asphalt mixes activities. The role will manage several aspects including Management, Leadership, HR and Logistics.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English & Arabic
• Very dynamic, autonomous and focused personality – a laid back approach is not what our client looking for
• 5 – 10 years experience within this industry
• Experience working on projects including roads (access roads/ urban roads), airport runways etc
• Engineering Degree preferred, but not essential
• Good knowledge of road coating methods
• Must have excellent relationship skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
