A leading firm engaged in hospitality business (fast food chain) in Oman is interested in hiring a General Manger to develop the Business. The GM will be leading a current management team of 4 members and 40 workers. We seek the following credentials and skills in the selected candidate:
- Suitable academic credentials in related area.
- Preferable age between 30 – 40.
- 10 years of experience in managing hospitality activity preferably in the fast food business within GCC.
- Demonstrate high ability to run all sides of business (strategic planning, operation, marketing, HR and financial management).
- Special emphasis will be placed on strong marketing experience.
Duties of this position will include but not limited to:
- Formulating a strategic plan for developing the franchise to its full potential within 3-5 years.
- Draw yearly business plans and budget with balanced emphasis on increasing revenue and reducing costs.
- Plan and Supervise implementation of new out lets development.
- Set marketing plans for the overall business to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Supervise commissary management and food costing.
- Manage business HR issues with special emphasis on training and nationalizing 50% of payroll job positions.
- Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality business.
