The purpose of the job is to manage the various stages of the project finance process including the determination of financial viability of new ventures, and the arrangement of bank facilities to secure funding while maintaining and leveraging relationships with banks and financial institutions as well as to plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.

At least ten (10) years of progressively more responsible roles in the finance function of a large organization or with the finance function ina Holding Company.

My position as a key member of the Executive Management team, reporting to the President/CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. I have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.
