The Company: This company are involved in a wide range of product lines and businesses, initially hailing from the Southern hemisphere, they employ several thousand people and are striving to expand the UK business.
The Role: This is very much a ‘cradle to grave’ based role, focusing on Final Salary schemes, you will be responsible for overall administration on a specific portfolio of schemes and this will include changes to membership such as joiners, underwriting, leavers, transfers and refunds etc. You will also get involved in full retirement processing as well as dealing with death and PHI claims.
Full renewal processing is another responsibility, as are dealing with all client queries, attending client meetings when necessary, DSS correspondence and assisting in training new Administrators.
You will form part of a team of 4 people, which is a typical team size, in an area of around 30 staff.
Skills / Experience Required: You should have at least 2-3 years DB admin experience and should be able to perform a ‘cradle to grave’ service.
Additional Information: The salary pays to £25,000 for the right person and there are a number of additional benefits, as you would expect from a company of this size.
