Qualification BSc in civil engineering
Experience 2x years experience in managing and coordination of
Construction projects preferably working experience with development sector and specially in emergency situation
Skills
• Occupational Specific: autoCAD, CADD engineering, DOT, EIS, geo pak
• Technical Skills: MS Office specially in Word excel and Access, Internet Use, Lotus, PowerPoint, Presentation Software,
• Personal & Professional: Project analysis, building and construction, critical thinking, financial resource management, listening, material resource management, oral communication, planning, project engineering, project management.
• Team building skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective verbal and written Communications skills
• Stress management & Time management skills
• Understanding of emergency situations and local Culture
Responsibilities
• Incumbent will be responsible to complete construction/installation of water supply and sanitation system in flood affected area of Sanghar
• Identification of water resources for supplies
• Proper identification of places and construction of community latrines in target area.
• To identify and provision of clean and approachable place for laundry purpose for affected community.
• Proper provision of solid waste disposal system to affecties of Sanghar
• Sensitization to community and Project staff regarding issues involve for installation water supply channels to target community.
• Responsible for implementation of the WASH project within the allocated resources and guidelines
• Collecting and analyzing socio-economic data (primary and secondary) of the project area in general and about vulnerable and most neglected segment of the community in particular.
• Responsible utilize the proper budget and controls expenses
• Responsible to monitors construction/installation process
• prepares environmental impact statements
• Selecting the beneficiaries according to the established criteria
• Weekly and Monthly reporting about project status to line supervisor.
• Will ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness in all activities
• Any other assignment assigned by line supervisor
