A premier educational institute is looking for a highly skilled Education Manager with the following qualifications and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or higher degree in Education
• 10 years experience in education and training preferably in technical field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the management of a training Institute
• Fluent in English language
• Computer literate
• Must be Saudi national
• Age limit 45-55 years
• Highly motivated, energetic with excellent communication and leadership skills

Some of duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the Institute operation budget.
• Recommend hiring of qualified faculty and staff in accordance to the requirement of the Institute and its academic program.
• Provides leadership for planning, implementing and evaluating the quality of academic programs.
• Must supervise all functions related to student affairs including admission, registration, evaluation, student records, dormitory and student’s extra-curricular activities.
• Working with the faculty to maintain high quality education and training.
• Assist the Director in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation programs for the development of the Institute.
• Conduct final review of all contracts related
to the area of responsibility and make recommendation and make recommendations to Director before entering into it.
• Process requisition or purchase order office supplies and all other materials or equipments for his area of responsibility.
