Position Requirements:
1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
2. Bachelor’s Degree is required.
3. Master’s Degree is preferred.
4. Minimum five years of acute care nursing experience and two years of management and administrative experience are required.
5. Budgeting and financial management, negotiation and conflict resolution, human resource management, team building, and strategic planning skills are required.
6. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
Position Summary:
The position is responsible for the ongoing operations, short and long term planning, and development and articulation of the vision of the service. The Director is responsible for development, management and utilization of financial, material, and human resources; strategic planning; and integrated program development within the service
