This individual will be a key senior leader on the Consumer Engagement Team. This individual will be responsible to build, lead and manage a team that will develop and execute new programs, strategies and capabilities for the Enterprise to drive behavior change among members. This individual and his/her associated team are critical to achieve EBIT targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1.Proven direct marketing leadership within a top tier marketing-driven organization with experience across channels (eg, direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, direct response television, etc.)
2.Seasoned people leader with proven ability to attract, retain and develop key talent
3.Experienced senior executive presenter and significant experience in managing relationships with senior executive level internal and external partners
4.Experience managing large-scale cross functional programs and/or initiatives and influencing cross-departmentally
5.Superb relationship skills with proven ability to influence and gain followers across all levels of the organization
6.Superb strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to innovate and develop successful initiatives and new programs to drive business goals
7.Proven success in driving teams – both direct report teams and cross-functional teams – to high levels of performance
8.Comfort with ambiguity and change and ability to translate change for the team and to re-adjust priorities as required
9.Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel
