Job Description:
- Ensures that daily and monthly production targets in night shift are achieved within allocated resources
- Responsible to reduce rejection rate, rework volume and overtime cost
- Responsible for timely receipt of material from stores and inventory control
- Responsible for getting 100% results in IMS Audit
- Ensures complete technical and administrative control of the department
- Responsible for generation of work orders for breakdown of any equipment in the department
- Ensures that safety standards and procedures are strictly followed
- Ensures that all equipment/machineries in the department are routinely maintained
- Assurance of ? RIAP ? training in his department.
- Responsible to coordinate for the success of 7-S program in the factory
Performs any other job as assigned from time to time
