Deputy General Manager, Construction Division, Al Khobar, KSA
Requirements:
• BS in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred). MBA Preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting, business development, human resources, strategic planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, organization, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated dynamism and leadership qualities with forward-looking abilities and anticipation of market and industry opportunities.
• Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders.
• Minimum 15 years experience in the Construction/contracting industry.
• Minimum 10 years experience as a senior executive in a company of a large size.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong computer skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Oral and written)
