Deputy Director – HTSPE international Programme Management – Islamabad

HTSPE is a leading provider of development services, currently working in over 60 countries for a variety of donors. Due to an expanding workload we are seeking and experienced project Manager to join our Pakistan office based in Islamabad. Whilst this is an office based position it will involve significant travel within Pakistan looking after our current and future Programmes covering a wide range of thematic areas.
Reporting to the Director, Pakistan branch, Responsibilities will include coordinating between clients, consultants and other stakeholders, providing support to the technical team and ensuring the quality of written reports prior to submission. If you are highly motivated, have a flexible approach, are willing to take on all tasks associated with ensuring our Programmes are completed successfully and are dedicated to seeing things through to the end we would like to hear from you. You will have a master’s degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and will need to demonstrate your ability to work unsupervised, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to lead, design and guide projects through to completion and excellent presentation skills as well as strong IT skills (MS Office).
Starting salary will be in the range of PKR 1,987,000 to PKR 2,649,000 per annum.
