Our Client is a leading provider of online instant win, bingo and entertainment branded online games in the UK. The
company pays out in excess of £2m a day or £80m a month in winnings and processes more transactions than the London
Stock Exchange.
The company currently employes over 170 Staff at Head Office and another 80 at it’s other Office. They are now
looking to meet with an Experienced Datawarehouse Developer who Ideally has a good working knowledge of the Online
Gaming Industry.
Purpose of Role- To extend our clients existing data warehouse
Key Responsibilities
• Implement changes to the Q-Replication and Data warehouse/mart data flows
• QA other developers work
• Implement housekeeping scripts
• Be 1st line of support when there are problems with Q-Replication, the ETL data warehouse population scripts or
the data mart population script
• Ensure that changes to scripts still allow reports to be produced within the required timeframe.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The candidate should have 2 years developing data warehouses.
Essential
• Shell Scripting
• SQL
• Flexible attitude
• Logical/Analytical mind
• Willing to perform out of hours support
• The need to go through general and specific training as and when required by your manager.
• To keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects.
• To work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior manager.
Candidates holding HSMP Visas must hold a relevant Visa that will run until January 2014.
