Reports to: Livelihood Officer
Salary: 15000 – 20000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* DB Assistant will primarily be responsible to assist the Program Officer Livelihoods and project team to conduct the survey and entgering data related to registration of working children.
* Be a core team person to actually facilitate the accomplishment of the survey
* Working on computers, entering data, filtering data, cleaning and removing duplication, data analysis, reporting, data maintenance, and guardian of the soft data.
* Care, maintenance of computers and other IT assets
* Will maintain the Beneficiaries data in soft as well as in hard forms.
* Reporting regularly on the data, progress, analysis and information on specific subjects
* Any other duty assigned by Livelihood Officer and project team.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* a university graduate degree in the field of computer sciences, computer diploma holder etc.
* well proficient and full command over Excel is the main skill required
* Have at least 2-3 years experience in data entry and related fields
* Any experience related to actual entry, use of SPSS and other software is an advantage.
* Being proficient in local language, (Sindhi) along with Urdu and English is an added advantage..
