Company: Our client is a leading healthcare company with over 50,000 employees worldwide. They currently have a vacancy for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent based in West London UK.
Role: The Danish Customer Service Specialist is responsible for evaluating tenders, assisting with the preparation of quotations, assisting in direct marketing campaigns, arranging export shipments and documentation plus dealing with daily customer care issues. Delivering service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner is also a key element of this role.
Skills: The ideal candidate must have the desire to succeed. You will need to be fluent in Danish and English to be considered for this role. These are challenging positions where determination and strong customer care skills are required. You will be able to negotiate at all levels and possess the ability to demonstrate a professional, persistent and persuasive approach working within a small dedicated and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years customer experience or a Financial and trading background. Finally you will have the ability to operate a desktop computer system and possess a familiarity of operating system Windows 2000, MS Word & Excel.
