Our explosive growth has opened up an incredible opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in our Call Center. We are a dynamic, fast paced industry leader with a strong reputation for customer service. We are looking for an individual who possesses these same qualities and can be responsible for inbound/outbound customer care phone calls; troubleshoots technical issues for customers, appropriately responds to customer questions and concerns, ensures customer satisfaction, and educates customers on proper use and maintenance of system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answers incoming phone calls in a Call Center environment.
• Assists customers with needs such as billing queries, troubleshooting, scheduling service, etc.
• Resolve customer disputes providing World Class Customer Service.
• Assist customers with requests for cancellations, making full effort to retain their business.
• Manage customer move process whether by handling sale over phone or scheduling a field representative.
• Present additional equipment/service specials as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works Emergency Staffing schedule, including mandatory overtime, as required in order to maintain continuous operations. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, planned training, system malfunctions or as otherwise directed by management.
• Maintains open lines of communications with Management.
• Immediately notifies Customer Care Management of situations regarding individual work schedule conflicts such as: running late, sick days, vacations, etc.
• Performs as a Devcon team player, supports all requests, provides superior customer service and promotes the “ICARE” attitude.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• Good work history
• Basic proficiency with PC and various software products
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task
• Typing 30 WPM with high accuracy preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Must be willing to undergo a National Background Check and drug screen
