Responsible for implementing company strategic plans and direction of operations for the Country in order to contribute to global company objectives.
1. The Country Manager is responsible for the overall control and delivery of the targets (revenue, collections and profitability) in the Country.
2. To lead and manage his team to ensure delivery of the agreed (financial and non-financial) targets and objectives.
3. Overall responsibility of the financial / business reporting to HQ and to communicate the local scenarios and intelligence to HQ team.
