We have a strong reputation as a supplier of quality, highly engineered solutions. We have an excellent opportunity for a Cost Accountant to join our Winnipeg team.
Cost Accountant
Apply principles of accounting to assist in accurate and timely daily and month end financial preparation
Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions
The successful candidate will have:
Achieved 4th level or higher in a recognized Accounting program; additional certifications are considered strong assets
Past experience as a Cost Accountant in a manufacturing environment, Project accounting knowledge is a strong asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Access
Past training and/or experience using ERP systems
Additional skills include:
Communication skills, problem solving & analysis, collaboration & teamwork and attention to detail.
