Consultant Required

TUSDEC has established CDTC (Ceramics Development & Training Complex) to upgrade the ceramics/sanitary industry and to provide value added product support through a Common Facility Centre (CFC). It will improve their current technical facilities and provide consultancy and also skill development services to the industry.

CDTC is seeking a well qualified consultant to support this technology upgradation Centre in Gujranwala.

Job Responsibilities:
# Prepare and plan project timelines, design work-flows and ensure timely completion of different stages of the project
# Develop & manage the project budget and make decisions in collaboration with finance professionals
# Keep abreast of new developments in the industry to assure that Centre retains its ability to provide innovative services

Qualification, Experience & Skills
# Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or Ceramics or applied sciences with at least 5-8 years experience in managing a production house
# The successful candidate will need a real in-depth understanding of trends within the ceramics market and have a very good understanding of the impact of innovative product design on business growth
# Experience of managing a manufacturing facility will be an added advantage
