Position: CRM/Program Manager

Job Description:
• Drive programs on increasing customer usage, loyalty and churn reduction
• Engage with product managers/ account managers / client to understand problem areas, design solution and deliver relevant and actionable insights customized for products, operators and campaigns
• Developing & enhancing solutions to improve product KPIs
• Responsible for the product road-map, both from a technology and market perspective
• Responsible for competition analysis & understanding the impact of market factors in the local market
• Identify new features, estimate market opportunity, define the go-to-market strategy and implement the plan
Experience Desired: The candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience
