JOB TITLE        :    Child Protection Reporting Officer

LOCATION        :    Multan

Reports to      :    PODA Child Protection Program Manager

Qualification     :    Master in Social Science
(Extensive Reporting and M&E experience)

The Child Protection Reporting officer will report the project activities and ensure that can appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) mechanism is in place.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Responsible for developing and supervising a full fledged M&E and reporting system for the project; maintaining monitoring and evaluation tools, and procedures.

•    Develop documentation of significant needs in the field, critical case studies, best practices and lessons learnt, besides development of a community entered approach for decision making and response on the same. Working closely with the Program Manager, to ensure all project documentation and reports are compiled and IEC material produced qualitatively as per the requirement, within appropriate time frame, and as per work plans.

•    Undertake regular field assessments and analysis. Submit weekly and monthly analytical and tabulated /quantitative reports of child protection project activities.

•    Coordinate with project teams in developing clear and concise performance indicators.

•    Develop quarterly evaluation plans and reports.

•    Develop effective M&E tools for all PODA projects. Establish and implement standards, procedures and best practices for monitoring and evaluation of ALL programs.

•    Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to project staff to ensure efficient tracking of task delegation and implementation.

•    Undertake regular site visits as per work plan developed.

•    Participate in grants opening and closing meetings

•    Assist the Project Managers with work plan development.

•    Development of Reports on trainings conducted and impact evaluations. Develop reporting guidelines for the project and provide technical support to all project staff for developing field based reports and evaluations.

•    To ensure all project activities are implemented as per work plans and LFA developed.

•    To identify and report any gaps in project deliverables
