•Highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation to equipments, Material and back area
• Food production areas, equipment, utensils and fittings are cleaned, maintained and repaired according to Hotel policies and procedures
• All utensils and equipment is stored in the designated store rooms
• Safekeeping and security of stores and stock
• Relevant statutory legislation is adhered to operational hygiene standards
• Staff are maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness, hygiene and grooming in accordance with the Dress and Grooming Code and health regulations
• Checking that breakages are reported, and recorded to ensure breakages are controlled and tracked
• Cleaning equipment and materials are stored in designated area – separate to food preparation areas
• Waste is disposed of according to procedures – care taken to prevent contamination and spread of germs
Profile Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
