Chief Financial Officer Jobs in Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire spectrum of the finance and accounting functions of the Group, including treasury and tax
• Ensure the timely preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements
• Ensure compliance with SGX listing requirements
• Design and implement accounting policies in compliance with local GAAP and FRS
• Prepare the annual budget and forecast
• Design and establish sound internal controls
• Strategic partner to the CEO for all business operations and strategies
• Support the Group in its growth and expansion plans, including any M&A and fund raising activities
• Liaise with the external auditors, banks, corporate secretarial, tax agents, etc
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years working experience with 3 years in big four audit firm
• Listed company experience is required
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels
• Good proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Professional Qualifications – CPA (required)
