Our client looking for a seasoned CFO with substantial amount of experience, professionally qualified (CPA, ACA, CMA, CFA or equivalent) with 18+ years experience, especially in GCC real estate/ construction/ retail industry. The candidate should maintain financial stability by establishing financial and accounting frameworks, monitoring and improving financial performance, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing investments. Should have experience in procuring long term and short term funding. Manage & develop entire financial activities of the company, finance human resource management, develop & implement finance budget by anticipating requirements, trends, variances, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances. Driven, assertive, influential and a credible presenter at Board level.
